Unfortunately, I think his GOP backers realized how inept he was last time. I fear that they've already planned all the management so he'll be much more effective this time around.

Really funny to see both alleged ‘progressives’ and Big Business join forces in support of open borders and endless mass immigration.

Businesses famously don't want open borders. They use the threat of inhumane deportation and imprisonment to keep migrant workers in line.

Except you’re wrong. They do love open borders and endless cheap labor. The strongest advocates for granting illegal aliens amnesty and ‘letting them all come as long as they’re legal’ are the Business lobbies and corporations.

The capitalists happily backed Trump, the most anti-immigration candidate in modern history. Plus, if they open the border or grant amnesty, the labor is no longer cheap as migrant workers would be protected to labor protections. I've seen CATO show fondness for open borders, but little outside that.

Like your ilk for particular ideological reasons business supports mass immigration for the same reason they support free trade deals; the erasure of all barriers to the flow of capital, goods, and labor, across borders and continents. When one reservoir of cheap third world labor becomes more expensive they will tap into others.

I have no idea how and why you think socialists support free trade deals.

Trump unfortunately is not ‘anti-immigrant’ enough. He’s fine with millions more pouring in and undercutting the American working classes just like hypocritical, self-serving ‘progressives’ like yourself, ‘as long as they come legally. Both Harris and Trump were supported by billionaires and capitalists. Money always dominates a liberal democracy and always will do so until we get rid of liberalism.

Exactly. I’m hoping Trump’s policies hurt urban ‘progressive’ liberals in various ways.
