This made me laugh, but in all seriousness, I think its a possibility. Unless Congress is going to order the workers to comply under pain of arrest, I see no reason they won't call a wildcat strike or a sit down.
Congress can pass a law codifying the no-sick days deal, but the workers' will probably just get more pissed off and militant than they already are.
